About Us

Tammy Romer, President and Chief Strategist, specializes in conceiving and executing award-winning, results-driven integrated marketing and business solutions. She brings more than 20 years of marketing, advertising, and organizational experience to her client engagements. Tammy has managed two international advertising agencies, one in New York City, the other in Sydney, Australia, and has provided independent consultative services, including strategic development, copywriting, graphic design, and creative direction for many of today’s most successful brands. Throughout her career, she’s worked on client projects for many Fortune 50 companies. Her experience with large and small companies, start-ups and legacies enables her to call upon a wealth of proven strategic models from which to build marketing and sales solutions.

Diane Hoover - Creative Director For over 20 years, Diane has committed to mastering each step of the design and production process, from conception through execution, which requires not only a keen eye for aesthetics, but a fundamental understanding of strategic marketing and problem solving.

Throughout her career, Diane has utilized her skills in a variety of in-house and agency director roles, most notably as a Creative Director. Being able to juggle between both left and right sides of her brain has allowed her to maintain an organized and focused approach towards creating a vision.
